When the Timing Found Me
I had just left my job. I had just finished a certification program. And like so many people in transition, I was sitting with this quiet hope that maybe, just maybe, there was something bigger out there for me. A bigger platform. A way to finally give voice to something I’ve carried inside for years.
Then, Taylor’s webinar showed up in my Facebook feed.
I didn’t even hesitate. I didn’t do a background check or search reviews. I just knew. I clicked. I watched. And I thought, “This is it.”
And now that I’m in the program, I can honestly say—this journey has already been more than I could’ve imagined.
A Roadmap I Didn’t Know I Needed
Before joining, I had no idea what I was getting into. I didn’t grow up dreaming about giving a TEDx talk. I wasn’t part of the speaking world. I just knew I had a vision I needed to share.
What I found with Leadr.co was order where I had uncertainty. They gave me a roadmap, laid it out step by step. Not just how to get on stage, but how to shape my message, how to test it, how to trust it.
There was something Taylor said in that very first webinar that stuck with me: “It’s not just about teaching you a program. It’s about helping you take your thought, your vision and get it out to the world.”
That was the moment I realized: I wasn’t just preparing for a stage. I was already stepping into the work of sharing my message. And that alone? That started changing everything.
Learning to Trust Myself—and Others
I came into this thinking I knew myself. I thought I trusted myself. But if I’m honest? I was skeptical. I was fully prepared for this whole thing to be fluff. Smoke and mirrors.
But then something strange and beautiful started happening. The coaches would gently challenge me, “There’s more here. You can go deeper.”
And so I did. I tested it. I shared pieces of my story with the Leadr.co community. And instead of feeling judged or small, I felt… celebrated. Seen. Like what I had to say mattered.
That feeling was foreign to me.
I’ve never found it easy to trust. But in this space, I started letting go. Of fear. Of performance. Of the idea that I had to know everything before I could speak. I realized that what I needed wasn’t perfection, it was courage. And this community? It gave me that.
It’s Not Just a Program. It’s a Safe Place for Your Dream
I don’t take it lightly when I say this: I’ve never felt so safe handing over something this close to my heart.
I came in with the dream of getting on stage. But what I gained was so much more than a strategy or application checklist. I gained a belief system—one that reminded me why I’m doing this.
This isn’t just public speaking. This is about legacy. About planting your flag in the ground and saying, “This is what I stand for.”
The Leadr.co team creates the kind of culture where that’s not only welcomed—it’s expected. They see you. They hear you. And most importantly, they help you hear yourself again.
If You’re on the Fence, Jump
If you’re reading this and sitting in that same indecision I was in… wondering if you’re ready… if this is for you… if now is the right time…
Let me make it simple for you: Just do it.
Seriously. Get off the fence. Lean into the whisper that brought you here.
This is an investment. Yes. But it’s not just financial. It’s an investment in yourself, in your voice, in your dream. And you won’t be doing it alone.
For the first time in a long time, I’m not second-guessing everything. I’m not overthinking. I’m not hiding. I’m building something, and it’s mine.
And it all started when I stopped scrolling and said “yes.”
